Information you provide directly, such as when you submit an intake form, book a call, or make a purchase:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Business name and details about your project or request
• Links to brand assets or files you provide (e.g. via Google Drive)
• Communication preferences (e.g. text, phone, email, video call)
• Payment information — collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically, when you browse the Site:

• IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, to the extent standard web hosting and (if enabled) analytics tools collect this information.

We do not currently use advertising tracking pixels. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, this Policy will be updated accordingly, and any required consent will be requested at that time.

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver the services you request and communicate with you about your project.
• Process payments through Stripe.
• Send you appointment confirmations, project updates, and other transactional communications.
• Send marketing communications (email or text), but only if you have opted in. You may withdraw this consent at any time (see Section 6).
• Improve and maintain the Site.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate — for example, Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and any scheduling, email, or text messaging platforms we use to communicate with you.
• Legal authorities, if required to comply with a law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to standard confidentiality expectations.

If you opt in to receive marketing text messages or emails, you may unsubscribe at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message, clicking “unsubscribe” in any email, or emailing info@alevia.network. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional messages related to an active project or purchase.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Project-related files and communications may be retained for a reasonable period after project completion for support and record-keeping purposes.

If you are a California resident, you have the right, subject to certain exceptions, to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you.
• Delete personal information we have collected from you.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. (We do not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.)
• Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is not directed at individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
