Terms and Conditions

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, or connected systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s functionality, including through malware, scraping, or automated data collection not authorized by us.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.
• Use the Site to transmit or request content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing on the rights of others.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and layout — is the property of Alevia Network LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This does not apply to deliverables you have purchased and paid for, which are governed separately by the Client Agreement.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site’s content without our prior written permission.

Prices for services are listed on the Site and are subject to change without notice, except for services already purchased. Payment is processed through Stripe; Alevia does not directly store your full payment card information. All purchases are subject to the terms of the Client Agreement presented and accepted at checkout.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Alevia. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Visiting linked sites is at your own risk.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alevia Network LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from purchased services, which is governed by the Client Agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alevia Network LLC, its members, and personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
